In my previous role at Shabab Al Ahli Club Restaurant, Ibom 5 Star Hotels, Transcorp hotels and Towers amongst others just to mention a few, I honed my culinary expertise by actively participating in menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food quality. My hands-on experience in various kitchen stations, combined with my ability to adapt to evolving menus, has equipped me with the versatility required for the Demi Chef de Partie role.
