Currently, I am employed as a Municipality Worker in Holy Makkah, where I have gained
valuable hands-on experience in maintaining public spaces, including parks, streets, and other
urban areas. In this role, I ensure that assigned areas are kept clean, free of waste, and well-
maintained. I take pride in my work, understanding the importance of creating a positive
environment for residents and pilgrims visiting Makkah. My daily responsibilities include waste
collection, general maintenance, and ensuring that the municipality's standards are met, all of
which have allowed me to develop strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to
problem-solving.
Before my current position, I worked as a Receptionist at a Hotel in Makkah from
November 2023 to March 2024. In this role, I provided excellent customer service to guests,
many of whom were pilgrims visiting the city. My responsibilities included greeting guests,
managing reservations, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a smooth check-in and
check-out process. This experience taught me the importance of hospitality and clear
communication in a city as bustling as Makkah, where guests expect efficient service. Working
in a fast-paced environment helped me develop excellent multitasking skills, and the ability to
stay calm under pressure, and reinforced my dedication to creating a welcoming environment.
Prior to moving to Saudi Arabia, I served as an Office Sohayok at the Government Land
Office in Chittagong, Bangladesh, from September 2022 to July 2023. In this position, I provided
administrative support to government officials and assisted in managing the day-to-day
operations of the office. My responsibilities included filing documents, organizing meetings,
maintaining office supplies, and assisting visitors with inquiries related to land registration and
other services. This role allowed me to develop strong organizational skills and a deep
understanding of how to manage time and resources effectively in a governmental setting.also strengthened my ability to communicate with people from various backgrounds and assist
them in navigating bureaucratic processes.
Additionally, I worked as a Telecommunications Service Provider at Grameenphone, one
of the largest telecommunications companies in Bangladesh, from March 2019 to July 2019. In
this role, I provided customer support to clients who needed assistance with their mobile
services. I addressed technical issues, helped customers troubleshoot problems, and provided
information on the latest products and services offered by Grameenphone. This experience
honed my customer service skills and taught me how to handle technical challenges while
ensuring customer satisfaction. It also reinforced the importance of effective communication
and problem-solving in a service-oriented role.
