I am Veronica Njenga, 26 years old in Kenya an experienced farm worker eager to expand my career. I am hardworking and knowledgeable in agricultural practices, including land preparation, harvesting, crop rotation, crop health assessment, manure and fertilizer application, irrigation and pesticide application. I am an effective communicator and can express myself very well in English as shown in my attached IELTS test attached. I am able to work in a team or independently to ensure objectives are met. I am familiar with different farm equipment and able to maintain them for effective use.
