Duties and Responsibilities:                                                                                          .
Preparing the daily progress reports based on daily site visit.
Site supervision of daily site activity and ensure the work is going as per the 
      contract  specifications and approved drawings
Management & supervision of work squads.
Tracking daily progress according to the schedule
Reporting of daily progress and other technical issues to Construction Manager.
the day meeting at site to discuss actual progress and planned activities for               
      tomorrow with site foremen.
Instruct and lead the site crew to work according to the approved drawings.
Monitoring of all running activities, providing technical advice for the
      working team based on project specs and approved documents.
Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications and timescales.
Coordinate with construction crew for ongoing civil/structural activities, 
      including but not limited to excavation, backfilling, and compaction, rebar 
      inspection, formwork inspection etc.
Monitor and/or perform quality activities at all stages of projects. 
      Assure that the work is in compliance with engineering requirements,
      standards, procedures, specifications of the project.
Inspection of structural steel installation for building, pipe rack, equipment 
      supporting structural as per the approved drawing

Proactive to construction crew for advising to correct the activities which                     could lead to nonconformance.
Advice field staff for poor quality of work and deficiencies detected during inspection and assist on remedial works required.
