I have been working as a Barista and Waiter at Ethos Organic Café since September 2022 and a customer care agent at Markmann & Co. Ltd for more than 8 years now and during this time I have developed impeccable phone manners and the ability to deal with distraught / difficult clients. I am also accustomed to multitasking as I have run the support/customer care department and design department simultaneously.
