Hi There Am Nsikelelo

A skilled Land and Water Management Professional, with over 9 years, of extensive work experience in land & water management (irrigation), sanitation, and agricultural projects (including agronomic, horticultural, and poultry production). A Leader, having served 7 years in Higher Education in diverse institutions. Passionate about food security, climate change, pollution, land degradation, land use planning and evaluation, dam construction, pump maintenance, irrigation, and drainage system design.

I am employed by a contractor, Doves Engineering, based in Simunye, providing engineering services to the Royal Eswatini Sugar Corporation. I serve as a store-man. I advocate and exercise my agency in health and safety in collaboration with other health and safety officers in other contractors, companies, and the IMS office of the Royal Eswatini Sugar Corporation.

I am a proactive team player with more than thirteen years of extensive experience in various projects. I have served for more than nine years employed in diverse organizations in Eswatini and South Africa and four years as a sole-proprietor farmer around Hlatikulu. 

Further, I served as a Water Management Technician for three years, in the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Land and Environmental Affairs and as a Water Management Lecturer for four years at the University of Mpumalanga (UMP). 

I have a Bachelor of Science in Land and Water Management (Biosystems Engineering), a Diploma in Agriculture, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education.
