Accounts opening process- Customer interview, Onboarding process/ mandate process/KYC,

Handled pawning transactions-pawning/ renewal and redemptions,

Handled cash backed loans( Loans against deposits and credit cards),

Handled credit card application process,

Cross selling and upselling banks products,

Professionally handled customer's interactions/issues and resolved both promptly and thoroughly (Online banking profiles/ Banking mobile app/credit card related queries  and geberal queries),

Handled the debit card activation system and transaction monitering process,

Handled the branch stationery management system and gift management system,

Handled the petty cash management system,
