I have been working in the banking industry for over 10 years, I started as a Bank Teller in 2008 I was  promoted in 2010 to be a sales and service Advisors and in 2012 to date I'm a Customer Experience Advisor that thought me a great deal how to deal with customers,I have developed strong problem solving skills honed my ability to manage conflicts and deal with demanding individuals and polish my communication skills,I'm keen to utilize my passion for exeptional customer service in providing the best possible customer Experience in the company.
