Hi There Am Ahmad Seiar

I am native of Afghanistan, living in Japan along with my family. I have a doctor degree in civil engineering from the Yokohama national university, Japan, while I got my master degree in Agriculture from an Indian university . I begin my rewarding career as I Agriculture Researcher and I have been a head coordinator of Agriculture Research farms for nine years at Agriculture Research Institute of Afghanistan,  besides I worked as agriculturist at on intonation NGO in Afghanistan, I also was a volunteer at Human rights office in Pakistan and Afghanistan.
