Hi I am shahzad from Pakistan. I am a self-motivated and high-achieving employee who strongly believes that significant progress can only be made in an organization when all teams are moving in the same direction. Over the years I have built up lots of transferable skills . I can manage a tremendous workload; I have an impressive track record of achievement. For example, I started my journey at Amazon when it was Soq.com in 2017 with a green badge in outbound as a picker, I proved myself as a hard worker and achieved all the daily tasks and targets after that I got promoted to Problem solver then a few months later I moved to the IB department for cross-training to learn the IB process there, I performed as a stower and receiver during this time I did my job well in 2018. Once Amazon bught Souq and converted Souq to Amazon and opened DXB3 I moved to ICQA in DXB3 under MR Moe Ghassan there I Lead and done successfully a lot of Projects in DXB3 like bin labels and Bin Box installation Projects with good progress then Aisle markers, Mile markers and Wall to Wall counting projects , DXB6 CEVA site by printing 100K labels during AFT migration , DWC3 opening time print all locations labels then DXB5 too which left vendor half completed and I received appreciation letter from Site leader and I was selected in first batch from ICQA which converted to Blue badge . And I continue in the ICQA department I perform well all the ICQA process like SBC, CC, SRC and IRDR I become expert in all then I promoted to become and ambassador + PS of Quality control department and at the same time I got a new project from Procurement to handle Covid Stock overall like from receiving and fulfilling stock request from other FCs and delivery station accordingly there needs to prepare gate pass and dispatch from Sort center after LP approval to FCs and Delivery stations. I receive a lot of weekly and monthly best performer appreciation letters. In DXB3 All hands ceremony I receive a best Performer award by Site leader for performance of All around as PS, and Team lead. I have daily + weekly reports like Daily top 3 ASIN for net adjustment which updates in REPO DDD meeting and weekly Amnesty last touch report + weekly net adjustment report as well.
