Greetings,

My name is Michael Joshua, I am 33 years old and have various working experience for 15 years. I have worked as a head of factory, warehouse staff, contractors, general affair staff, and human resource staff handling the recruitments. I managed various departments, from physical labors to office one. The experience of acknowledging the difficulties between departments made me understood how the work cultures and ethics between departments differ. This lets me manage the industrial relationship better as the understanding between workers and infrastructure bridged the gap and therefore creating the best solution that will at least meet expectations on both sides.
