I am a hardworking and self-motivated person. I am obedient with coherent thinking and creative. Therefore, I can quickly adapt to variable situations and multipurpose depending on the prevailing organizational needs and priorities.
I have coordinated efforts to enhance the capacity government officials, other implementing partners and project staff on monitoring, data collection and reporting of quality data. I have organized review meetings with stakeholders to reflect on project implementation progress, challenges and lessons learned. I have done data entry for various organizations and institutions on several occasions.
I hold a bachelor degree in information technology and also possess CCNA certificates and other professional qualifications.
From both my professional engagement and education training, I have gained project and general management skills, interpersonal, good communication skills, consultancy, team building, leadership, change management and problem-solving skills.
