My name is Justice Adade Opoku, a registered professional nurse and agricultural peacticing expert. I have gained experience in securing positions and advancing in the field. Hands-on experience not only enhances practical skills but also fosters a deeper understanding of the complexities within agriculture. One major thing I did was to do internships or apprenticeships on farms or agricultural research facilities. These opportunities provided exposure to various aspects of agriculture, such as crop cultivation, livestock management, and agribusiness operations.Engaging in volunteer work with local farmers or community gardens also provided valuable experience while contributing to the community. Pursuing relevant education and training programs, such as agricultural courses or certifications, helped me to be practically experienced with theoretical knowledge, making me competitive in the job search. Additionally, attending workshops, seminars, and industry conferences provided me with much update on using technology to advance agriculture.

My experience in agriculture requires a proactive approach, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to work. By combining hands-on experience, education, and networking, I want to be employed.
