Lead Tractor Driver - Full-Time Position
Location: Near Forfar, North East Scotland
Position Type: Full-Time

Company Overview:
R&A Stodart Ltd, a family-run business, is looking for an experienced Lead Tractor Driver to join our team. We farm 800 hectares, with key enterprises including cereals, seed and ware potato production, a newly established dairy (starting in spring 2025), and free-range laying hens.

Main Duties:

• Drilling, ploughing, de-stoning, baling, silage work.
• Relief sprayer operator.
• Grain and potato carting.
• Operating a 14t digger.
• Workshop maintenance.
• General farm work, including occasional help with livestock when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in tractor driving and farm machinery operation is essential.
• Willingness to work overtime during seasonal periods.
• Proficiency in precision farming techniques is advantageous.
• PA1 & PA2 certification is beneficial but not critical.
