Skilled Worker – Dairy and Pig Farms

Program Overview:

• Employee Status: Skilled Worker

• Employment Period: Initial 1-year permit with extension possibilities. After 4 years, eligibility for permanent residency.
• Accommodation: Provided, with private room, kitchen, and necessary facilities (cost: €250-€300).
• Salary: €9.50 per hour for 40 hours/week (net minimum €900/month after expenses). Overtime paid.

• Work Requirements: Previous experience in dairy or pig farming, driver's license, and a willingness to learn new tasks. Ability to drive a tractor with a trailer preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Dairy Farms: Milking cows, feeding, spreading straw, caring for calves, tractor driving, and general farm maintenance.
• Pig Farms: Feeding, castrating piglets, vaccinations, insemination of sows, farrowing duties, cleaning, and tractor operation.

Costs:

• Program Fee: €2200 for Real Staff services
• Immigration and Consular Fees: €450 (plus visa costs)
• Other Costs: Travel and insurance expenses (local cost clarification required)

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant farming experience
• Age: 20-40 years
• Language: Proficiency in English required
• Physical Health: Good health and fitness are necessary
• Documents: CV, references, and interview required.
