Hi There Am Sanele

I am a 2011 degree graduate in Bsc. In Agricultural Economics and Agri-Business Management from the University of Eswatini. I am a former mathematics, agriculture and science secondary teacher with a 11 years teaching experience. I have experience in agricultural farm work from a family farm where we cultivate for commercial purposes vegetables and field crops, rear poultry, broilers and layer birds. I am currently a human resources manager in an automotive company dealing with servicing automobiles from the only railway company in Eswatini. My job duties are that of a human capital manager. I have a broad experience in taxation filing and taxation adherence. Based on my work and educational experience, and perhaps more importantly because of my interest and enthusiasm, I think I am well suited to pursue a career in agriculture. In my current employment as a human resources manager, I am able to distinguish myself as a proficient and motivated employee. I am also involved in promoting sustainable practices within the company, and initiate educational conferences for public sector clients.  Therefore, I am highly confident that I can use my skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm to help businesses develop and implement sustainability initiatives.
