For about a decade, my professional journey has been rooted in one mission: understanding how to make Nigerian agriculture not just productive, but profitable and sustainable. I started with a deep dive into agribusiness management, learning the on-ground challenges our farmers face. Now, at the Bank of Agriculture, I get to tackle those challenges from a different angle—through finance. This is because the aim of BOA is to improve life and grow communities through loan disbursement.

My work is essentially about being a customer service person, translator and a bridge between the farmers and my organization. translating the needs of hardworking farmers into viable financial products and bridging the gap between the field and the boardroom. It's about ensuring that the backbone of our economy gets the financial support and management insight it needs to thrive.
