My name is Yassir Elmaini, and I am originally from Morocco, currently living in Qatar for the past four years. I have over eight years of experience in the specialty coffee industry, with a proven track record in both operations management and hands-on barista work.

As an Operations Manager, I have successfully managed multiple branches of a specialty coffee brand, handling staff supervision, daily operations, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. I also focus on training and motivating teams to deliver consistent high-quality service and maintain strong operational standards.

As a Head Barista, I bring deep knowledge of specialty coffee, latte art, and brewing techniques. I am passionate about coffee education, introducing new drinks, and ensuring every customer has an excellent coffee experience.

Throughout my career, I have contributed to the growth and development of the businesses I worked with, helping them improve efficiency, customer loyalty, and overall brand reputation. I am highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to bring my skills and passion for coffee to Canada.
