My name is Tewodros Aderajew, a dedicated professional with extensive experience in leadership, management, and youth development. I have served in key roles, including Head of Social and Economic Development, Chief of Administration, Head of Human Resource and Finance, and Department Head of the Economic Sector. Additionally, I am the President of the Bahir Dar City Youth Federation, where I work to empower and mobilize youth for social and economic development. With a background in Leadership in Public Management and hands-on experience in governmental and volunteer initiatives, I bring a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for fostering growth and collaboration.
